Joe Barber, The Florida Chicken Whisperer
Host of Country Joe's Chicken Show, farmer and businessman, Joe is interested in all things poultry!
Having a small farm in Florida we of course had a problem with fleas and ticks on our animals. I found nothing more annoying than sitting on the couch with my dog and watching fleas crawl over him. After trips to the vet for the normal pest treatment which lasted maybe a week (less if he went in the pool with us which he loves) I was again watching the fleas. Since I have some background in making all natural creams and soaps for my family I started working on an All Natural flea killer. After much trial and error, The Last Scratch was born. I can't tell you how exciting it was to spray my dog and watch the fleas fall to the floor. Since he is a Jack Russell he tends to have senstive skin so I wanted something that would be good for his skin. It is a safe Natural flea killer for puppies and kittens also.
When my dog has been out for the afternoon I mist him down when he comes in paying close attention to his underbelly and rear, where fleas love to hide. I also brush him down to get out the dead fleas and ticks. The spray and the shampoo will kill fleas, flea eggs and ticks. You can spray as needed depending on how much time your dog spends outside and where you live. There is no need to apply chemicals on your pet, The Last Scratch is ALL NATURAL. It is safe for carpet, furniture and pet bedding.

Todd Langston, Canine Behavior Expert
My name is Todd Langston, a canine behavior expert who specializes in private in-home behavior consultations. I offer behavior rehabilitation programs that combine time in my pack with different levels of follow up in the client's home as well as in home training for puppies starting as early as 8 weeks of age.
Pack Life was started over five years ago in Southern California after spending thousands of hours in a large pack of rehabilitated dogs at a dog psychology center in Los Angeles. Since then I have performed well over 1,000 in-home consultations, helped countless dogs in shelters and rescues and even have my own small pack of 5 rehabilitated dogs that teach me new things every day. I also have a degree in human Psychology which I use to understand the most powerful influence on your dog...you.
Spending so much time in packs of dogs has shown me how to use proper communication, structure and balanced energy as the foundation for behavior change. All too often a dog's issues (barking, aggression, fear, excitement, house-training etc.) are seen as the problem, when in reality they are the symptom(s) of a more primal element that needs to be addressed.
My method gets right to the source of the issues by fulfilling the body and mind of the dog with proper exercise and stimulation (this includes walking, running, biking, swimming, fishing, golfing and other fun activities), combined with teaching the owner how to be a balanced leader. Dogs look to us for guidance and leadership so how we communicate those skills will determine how well they trust, respect, and listen to us.
Dogs follow energy - not force or food.
Check out O C Pack Life.com for more info.
